GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

1. Please co-operate to ensure effective education for your ward/ child. You are requested to

  • Provide conducive environment for studies at home
  • Assist and guide your ward in doing his/her home-work
  • Deposit Fees as per rules, and on assigned dates.

2. Please check your ward school diary regularly and ensure that the assigned home-work is done on time and do countersign the remarks made in it.

3. You are always welcome to the school to ensure the progress of your ward .But you are requested not to disturb the class during school hours. However, you may contact the class-teacher and subject teacher personally in the staff room.

4. Please send a leave application addressed to the principal through the class teacher prior to the absence of your ward comes to school regularly in neat, clean and tidy school uniform.

5. Please ensure that your ward comes to school regularly in neat, clean and tidy school uniform.

6. Please don't send your ward to school when he/she is suffering from any infectious disease.

7. Please ensure that your ward is escorted safely to school and back home.

8. Please attend the parents teacher meeting held in the School regularly.

9. Please give your complete residential and official address with phone number to the School for communication.

10. Please see that your ward participates actively in games and sports socially useful Productive Work activities.

GENERAL RULES FOR THE STUDENTS

  1. At the first stroke of the bell at 9:05 a.m., all must fall in line immediately and form the lines for the assembly where they will recite prayers and subsequently move silently to dining hall after that their class-rooms.
  2. Utmost cleanliness must be observed in school premises. Throwing litter, pieces of paper, seeds and skins of fruits is strictly prohibited. Use of dustbins provided, should be made for this.
  3. Writing or scrubbing on walls and desk, benches or anywhere else is strictly prohibited.
  4. Any kind of damage done by pupils to the school equipments, furniture, building, etc.  Will have to make good and penalty shall be decided by the Principal/HM.
  5. Strict regularity, implicit obedience, politeness, courtesy in speech and conduct and cleanliness of books, dress and person are rigidly insisted upon.
  6. Silence must be observed in the corridors and on the stairs during class hours. They should not be found talking in between periods.
  7. The school shall not be held responsible for books, money, clothes and other articles that are lost. Students must look after their own things. It is not advisable for pupils to have money, valuable articles or jewellery with them. Harmful or lethal objects should not be brought to school. Beware, it is criminal to carry harmful or lethal objects.
  8. Mobile phones are not permitted in the school premises. Any students found carrying a mobile phone, the phone will be confiscated and a heavy penalty will be levied on the parents.
  9. Birthdays are not celebrated in the school by distributing sweets or any kind of presents.
  10. Pupils are answerable to the School Authorities for their conduct both in and even outside the school. Hence misbehavior in public places and conveyance is punishable. Every student should Endeavour to keep up high tone of the school, by excelling in good manners and deportment.
  11. A student who is unwell should not be sent to school. In case of emergency, medical fees and transport charges will be bear by the parents. Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases are not permitted to attend the school.
  12. Any sort of complaints/suggestion regarding school matters should be handed over to the Principal/HM and not to the class teachers.
  13. Any correspondence by the parents should be on a separate application/note on a fullscape paper and must be sent in a sealed envelope.
  14. Parents or Guardians can request a meeting with the teacher only with the prior permission of the Principal/HM and should never approach the teacher directly in the classroom.

 

SCHOOL TRANSPORT

Students can avail of the School Transport subject to the availability of seats. The routes of the school buses are drawn up and the parents should consult the school transport incharge for necessary details.

 

BUS RULES

  1. It needs to be mentioned here that we are providing free transport facilities from starting session and it may be extend in next year only after decision of school management.
  2. All students using the school bus are expected to be on the right side of the bus stops at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.
  3. The buses will not wait for late comers.
  4. The Students should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
  5. No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it has made a complete top.
  6. All students must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding their buses. No student should travel standing on the foot board.
  7. The front door of the bus is the only authorised entrance and exit.
  8. The drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stops only, unless otherwise directed by the school management. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is always.

 

SCHOOL LIBRARY RULES

  1. Students should bring their Library Cards.
  2. Students are not allowed to carry their personal books or a note-book is diary into the Library. However, one diary or a note-book is allowed.
  3. They must maintain silence in the Library
  4. The Library has an open rack system. Students can take the books for reading from the racks and must place the books back at the same place.
  5. Books issued should be returned to the Library in a good Condition. If a book is marked, disfigured or damaged the borrower will have to either replace the book or pay the price of the book.
  6. Students can borrow on their own cards only.
  7. Books are issued for 7 days, A fine of Rs. 1 per day is charged for returning books after the due date.
  8. Any child found damaging or defacing a book will be debarred from using the Library for the whole academic session.
  9. If a student is found with possession of a book from the library without getting it issued he/she is liable to be punished.
  10. All the students in the library will sit according to Librarian. If any student is found damaging the library furniture/ property they will be penalized accordingly.
